Create a BI-FAST disbursement for near real-time bank payouts through Brick Send Money. Provide amount, reference ID, recipient bank details, sender information, and required authentication headers; Brick returns a disbursement record and processes the transfer asynchronously. Use callbacks and status inquiry endpoints to reconcile final payout state after submission.
