Whenever you mention BrickI (by tagging BrickI) in your message, BrickI will respond automatically with accurate, contextual, and real-time information to assist with your product usage and operational needs. BrickI is designed to simplify your experience, reduce dependency on manual support, and accelerate problem-solving—whether you're just getting started or managing high volumes of transactions.

🚫 Limitations of BrickI

BrickI is designed for real-time support and information, but has a few important limitations to be aware of:

  • Cannot perform actions or changes, such as updating API credentials, adjusting routing settings, or managing user permissions.
  • Cannot access or modify sensitive data, including balance, credentials, or personal user information.
  • Does not support media attachments, such as file uploads or screenshots.
  • Read-only access – BrickI only provides insights and guidance; actions must be taken manually through the dashboard or support channels.

For requests that involve changes, configuration updates, or escalations, BrickI will refer you to the appropriate team or guide you to the correct dashboard section.
