Payment Link via Dashboard

A Payment Link is a unique web page that you can generate and share with customers to request payment. It provides a simple, branded experience where customers can:

  • View payment details (company info, description, amount)
  • Access attached files (e.g., invoices, receipts)

Choose from various payment methods such as Virtual Account, QRIS (coming soon), and e-wallet (coming soon)!


Common Use Case

  1. E-commerce Checkout
    Use the payment link as a final checkout page. Customers complete their orders by selecting a preferred payment method and sending funds directly to your business account.
  2. Online Invoice Collection
    Attach files like PDF invoices or receipts. The customer reviews the payment details and proceeds with payment in a single, unified experience.

How to Make Payment Link via Dashboard

1. Navigate to the Payment Link Section

  • Login to your Brick Dashboard
  • Go to Receive Money → Payment Link
  • Click Create Payment Link

2. Fill Out the Payment Link Form

Enter details such as:

  • Customer name
  • Payment amount
  • Payment description
  • Upload optional files (e.g., invoice, agreement)

Click Create Payment Link to finalize.

3. Share the Payment Link

Once the link is created successfully, a confirmation modal will appear.
You can then copy and send the link to your customer via chat, email, or any other channel.

4. Customer View

Your customer opens the link and sees:

  • Payment amount and description
  • File attachments (if provided)
  • Payment method options to choose from

5. Track Payment Link Status

All payment link activity is visible in the dashboard:

  • Unpaid – No payment has been made yet
  • Paid – Payment has been paid successfully
  • Completed – Payment has been successfully received
